A joint venture between Hudson Group and Brookfield (formerly Forest City Residential), Radian is a 26 story, 240-unit apartment tower with ground floor retail and above grade parking garage. The boutique sized, upscale building is located at the intersection of three neighborhoods: the Financial District, Chinatown, and the Leather District, along the edge of the Rose Kennedy Greenway. It opened in May 2014 and stabilized in May 2015. Radian is home to Stillwater, a restaurant by award winning Chef Sarah Wade.
