395-403 Washington Street is an 80,000 SF retail and office building in Downtown Crossing, acquired through an all cash, lender directed sale in March, 2025. The historic asset, built in 1881 was formerly home to such retail giants as BW Currier, Talbots, WT Grant’s, and Barnes & Noble. The project is Hudson’s first joint venture with Assembly Investments and Time Equities, Inc.
